Former President Ram Nath Kovind on Friday said Prime Minister Narendra Modi is a true follower of B R Ambedkar and is implementing the vision of the founding father of the Indian Constitution as he listed out the initiatives taken by the government in various fields including education, women empowerment and towards building a self-reliant nation and even nullfication of Article 370 which had granted special status to Jammu & Kashmir.
