Panel for audit of Covid deaths due to lack of oxygen

A parliamentary committee has recommended that the Union health ministry audit deaths caused due to oxygen shortage during the second wave of the Covid pandemic last year in coordination with states. In its report submitted to the Rajya Sabha, the standing committee on health and family welfare said it was unfortunate that the government continued to be in denial of about deaths caused by lack oxygen.
