Canine soldier takes two bullets, flushes out hiding LeT men

Military combat dog Zoom, a sprightly Belgian Malinois with a black-and-tan coat, was gravely wounded as he took two bullets while pursuing and flushing out two heavily armed Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists hiding in a house at Tangpawas in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district early Monday. Two-and-a-half-year-old Zoom was attached to the assault unit of the Army’s 15 Corps for around 10 months.
