Six insurgents belonging to an extremist group active in north-eastern states were killed in an early morning operation on Saturday. Acting upon actionable and specific information shared by local intelligence unit of Arunachal Pradesh, a joint team of 6 Assam Rifle and Arunachal Pradesh Police carried out the high voltage operation near Nginu village in Longding district of Arunachal Pradesh, sources said.
