Like most Mumbaikars, 30-year-old Ashish Rathod too preferred local trains for all travel purposes than rely on his scooter. The two-wheeler came handy only when he had to reach his shop from Nala Sopara, a town in Palghar district but part of Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
