Death penalty for rapists, lynching of convicts in public and castration of those convicted were among the demands made in Rajya Sabha on Monday as MPs expressed outrage over the Hyderabad rape and murder case. In Lok Sabha also, tempers ran high as members spoke strongly against recent cases of rapes in various parts of the country.
